Complaints
Write to the email address above with the word “complaint” in the subject line. We acknowledge complaints within five working days and aim to resolve them within twenty-eight days. If we cannot resolve something, we will tell you plainly rather than let it sit.
We are not a member of, and do not submit to, any alternative dispute resolution scheme. There is no general obligation on us to be, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise. Your right to take a matter to court is unaffected.
